Three pigeons photographed like an official archive: front view, plain background, ID number, and role. Each one is sorted by its job in the lab.

SCOUT — watches the edges, reports back, never comes inside. TAMADA — gathers the others and keeps the group together. PHOTOGRAPHER — records everything that happens, without choosing.

I take the labels seriously. The pigeons take them less so.
